‘Value-based care’ models. Pathetic term, basically it means, low cost with low class medical care. These all in one area is nothing short of COST CONTAINMENT! They are basically HMO Insurance Medical Nightmares! The doctors are given ‘perks’ by containing costs aka NO REFERRALS TO SPECIALISTS until you REALLY have to! The ‘warm and fuzzy’ PROMISES is all an ACT! They NEED you to keep coming back, they get paid for it! The ‘teams’ are just a bunch of employees who are there to make you want to keep returning. ‘We CARE about you, we are HERE for you! They force you to give them all your records, they DESPISE those on PPO, as they can’t control those patients especially with costs.

Think of Value-based models like Organic Food vs Great Value (Wal Mart). You are getting the bottom of food/care under their DECEPTIVE MARKETING MODEL!
